| The Complete Guide to Wills, Estates, and Trusts, Second Edition by Alexander A. Bove is a good guide to the topic of wills and trusts in the United States. This book does not tell you how to draft to documents, but it a good general introduction to the topic, that I would recommend as reading before consulting a lawyer. Very good overview of the different types of trusts that can be used to achieve goals under various circumstances. Available from Barnes and Noble. |
